...After Christmas...Pounds...

...Christmas have came and passed...we have a lot of happy moments to remember...but we also have gained some pounds...
Some of us need them...some others...like me...not...
And now what???
I am sick of diets...and I can imagine a lot of girls in the same possition!
Girls don't panic!There is an easy way...!!
So here are 10 rules for loosing the extra holiday pounds...

1st Rule: Put Some Colour In Your Life...
Vegetables and fruits will help us loose pounds and not feel hungry!


2nd Rule: Drink a lot of Water...
It's easy...!When we dring a lot of water our organization works better and make more cremations!



3rd Rule: Eat a Great Breakfast...!
Our organization need a good breakfast to work at maximum without gaining pounds!!!


4th Rule: Set your Clock...
Eat 5 meals at spesific times in the day!



5th Rule: Eat Small Portions...
Try to eat small portions but don't over do it!!!



6th Rule: Don't take supplement pils!
You don't need them...eat a big variety of foods and you will be ok!!!


7th Rule: Avoid Alcohol!
Don't drink a lot of alcohol!It contains a lot of calories...!!!



8th Rule: Point some attention at the Labels!!
What's up what you are eating...!



9th Rule: Try not to eat Bread...!
It is very difficult...I know...But as we know it contains a lot of calories!



10th Rule: Work out...!
...It is difficult but it has great results...!




So..only 10 rules and then we will be able to say...Goodbye Holiday Pounds...
:D...

I must say that...I had lost 10 pounds following these rules and I'm telling the truth and only the truth...!

    Sandra...drinking water is not just a matter of pounds but a real matter of health...try to drink just a little more each day...and if you can measure how much you drink!!!...these days I'll make a post about drinking water and how to drink a lot!!

  10. Hahaha! I try to do all those, but I still take supplements since it's very hard to be consistent and do all everyday! Sounds simple, but soooo difficult to practice the discipline, rite!
